The villa is completely new, it stands in a perfect position, at the foot of Mount Kronplatz / Plan de Corones, on a sunny south-facing hillside and is surrounded by a well-kept garden. Due to their central position, our appartements are a suitable base for your holiday activities. In winter, you can just walk over to the lift facilities "Kronplatz Ried", which take you to South Tyrol's premier skiing mountain. In summer, the village of Percha is an ideal starting point for countless excursions to the magnificent mountains of the Dolomites.
